The artistic music activities are the principal part of the conservatory studies in Music and Singing courses.

The school hosts regular in-house and public concerts, which are held in the beautiful Baroque Music Hall in the school building. Students also perform at numerous events held in other concert and community halls in Prague or other Czech cities. The school is aware of the importance of artistic practice for the future profession of graduate and therefore strongly supports students' concert activities.

Our best students participate, often very successfully, in national and international performance or composition competitions.

Masterclasses and workshops with leading Czech and international performers and teachers are held regularly at the Conservatory.

Other music activities at the conservatory include the projects involving singers, instrumentalists and the school choir. It could be the staging of an opera performance, an oratorio work, or the independent activities of the chamber orchestra or the choir and the girls' singing ensemble Carmina lucis. Some exceptionally successful students are already working in professional music ensembles and opera houses during their studies, and the school tries to help them combine their studies with their work commitments.

The school announces events for the public audience on the its website in News  section and also highlights and promotes them on the website homepage.
